TRY THIS OUT.
I have read a post "Getting Married" written (or taken from somewhere) by a friend of mine. (http://m-senses.blogspot.com/).10 things to do before you get married. Let's see how many items I have yet to accomplish. ;p
1. Go on a vacation somewhere far away with your partner. [Yes, several times in Singapore and KL.Does that count too?We will board a cruise soon for our pre-honeymoon.]
2. Visit the library together. Read your own reading materials and don't talk until you come out of the library. [Yes, we did that in Sengkang Library, Singapore. I was reading my magazine,sitting on a bench and he was reading newspaper.BINGO!]
3. Prepare a candlelight dinner together. It doesn't matter who does what. Get a bottle of red wine and take your time without worrying about the dishes. [Candelight dinner together?We often prepare ordinary dinners together. He prepared spaghetti once. ]
4. Buy a toy together. Give it a name and bring with you on vacations. [Yes, we had toy puppies which we gave each other. Reason: To hug when we think each other so much when we are not together.We gave our puppies names but wont tell you here!]
5. Go clubbing together. Pretend you don't know each other and meet each other for the first time. And don't laugh (as in laughing because of your pretense). [No. We went for bar drinks together at "Clinic"at Clark Quay in Singapore but did not pretend lah.]
6. Visit places you and your partner grew up in. [Many times.]
7. Make a wish together under a shooting star. [Havent gone to a beach together during nightime so wont have a chance to see a shooting star right?]
8. Make an anonymous donation together at an orphanage or an old folks' home. [Haha. is this one of the criteria of the items of getting married?How is it related?Funny.]
9. Look after a plant or pet together. [I dont like plants or pets.]
10. Fart loudly in front of each other. If you can't do it, then it's difficult to last forever. [Haha.that's embarrassing iniatially. fart, snore and any weird stuff lah]
8/10 that's why we are getting married? Haha.I think so.
